Connecting to the land, their hearts, their intuition, and to each other. To witness and be witnessed, sharing stories and wisdom.

THE DETAILS

Dates: May through October, on the fourth Saturday of each month. A schedule of the gatherings has been posted to this site.

Time: 2:30 - 4:30 PM CST

Location: Private Outdoor Location in Valparaiso, IN. The address, along with other details, will be given upon reservation.

THE FLOW

Each month's gathering circle will be themed around the season and the energy alive in the collective. Our gatherings will include:

Soft arrival & orientation to the space
Opening + closing ceremonies
Grounding practices
Deep connection & sisterhood
Intentional sharing circle
Seasonal nourishing drinks
Holistic wellness practice that may include: yoga, breathwork, sound bath, movement, meditation
Space to journal, reflect, and integrate

Jourdan Weigenant

Jourdan is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher whose journey with yoga began in 2013 and continues to unfold.

Yoga became her way back to herself, and now she holds space for others to do the same.

She's especially passionate about creating spaces where women can gather, be seen, and feel supported, which has been deeply healing in her own life.

Off the mat, she's a mom and wife, working full-time in the human services field while soaking in the beauty of everyday moments.

She looks forward to sharing space, building connection, and growing together.

Karla Michelle

Karla is a holistic, trauma-informed wellness practitioner who supports nervous system regulation & embodiment through somatics, breathwork, and sound healing.

She has devoted herself to creating sacred, intentional spaces where women reclaim their voice, reconnect to their intuition & power, and remember that they are already whole.

Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Karla is a first-generation Mexican-American & is fluent in Spanish. She's married to her greatest mirror, Ryan, and is a mother to their son, Santino.

She loves to dance, connect with nature (especially at the Indiana Dunes), and looks forward to co-creating this space with you.

Here, you don't have to be okay or carry it all alone.

In a world that is so fast-paced and that has kept women disconnected from themselves and each other, we gather in remembrance... of something deeply ancestral within us. We gather in slowness, connection, and truth. We'll see you soon, sister.
