What is The Somatic Return?
This is your invitation to a 7-day, self-paced journey designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through simple somatic and breath-based practices.
Each evening, you’ll receive short, guided practices followed by reflection prompts to help you settle, soften, and transition into rest.
To weave it all together, we’ll close the week with a LIVE virtual Somatic Breathwork journey to integrate everything we’ve explored (recording will be available).
This program is designed to be supportive, accessible, and beginner-friendly - no prior experience with somatics or breathwork is needed.
This is not a challenge, and it’s not about rigid structure or perfection. This is an invitation to soften, feel, and come home to yourself, with gentle guidance that allows for fluidity and flow so it becomes your own.
