On the night of the Aries new moon, you'll be taken on a transformative journey through breathwork, meditation, and sound to clear the path for new beginnings. Expect warm candlelight, gentle breathwork, crystal singing bowl clearing frequencies, a guided visualization, and space for journaling and reflection. This grounded, intentional experience is created to help you shed stagnant energy and step into your power with quiet courage.
This space is trauma-informed, slow, and intentional. You are always in choice and welcome to rest, adjust, or step away as needed.
